The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) is proud to announce the debut of our advocacy website in conjunction with our annual advocacy event, Washington Days, February 26-28, 2014. This website will become your one-stop destination for information on state and federal advocacy efforts.Check out the website, advocacy.hemophilia.org, to experience a whole new way to find advocacy resources, updates and social media posts.

Visit the site often for real-time updates from NHF’s social media accounts. Your tweets and Facebook posts will appear on our homepage live feed of social media activity!

Here are just a few highlights of the new advocacy website:

  • Current NHF Community Activity: Prepared by NHF policy staff and guest bloggers, this section is for consumers to find information on important topics affecting the bleeding disorders community as they occur.
  • Happening Now: This feed on the home page provides new information as postings are made.
  • Healthcare Coverage: Regardless of how you receive your healthcare coverage—through your employer, health insurance marketplace, Medicaid, etc—you can find information on each program here.
  • Follow us on Twitter/Find Us on Facebook: keep up with NHF’s social media activity.

Welcome to the future of NHF’s advocacy efforts! By uniting, mobilizing and leveraging our collective resources, we hope to provide you with the resources you need to successfully advocate on behalf of the bleeding disorders community, as well as for yourself and your family members.

NHF thanks Pfizer for its generosity, without which this website would not have been possible.
